Happy NYE! I wanted to share this quick little blog post today to share some of my favorite booty workouts using resistance loops...and resistance loops only!

I'll be totally honest here, when I turned this workout on this morning I kind of laughed because there were no weights involved for “booty” day. Typically when I think of an intense workout, I am fully prepared to pull out all of the weights! 80% of this workout today was done laying down...which also led me to believe today would be "easy". I’m not laughing anymore💀😅 feeling the burn!!
