Kale Can Be Yummy!
Here I am, kicking off my 2020 goals a little bit early!

Today was day 1 of my 12 week program that I am committing to as we go into 2020! With it, I am following a timed nutrition plan & I needed to get a few different food groups all in one meal SO I decided to change it up and make a kale salad with apples, cranberries & goat cheese!⠀ ⠀
Ingredients:⠀**I did not measure a thing LOL sorry guys** • kale⠀ • dried cranberries⠀ • 1 apple (sliced into thin pieces)⠀ • crumbled goat cheese⠀ • apple cider vinegar⠀ • olive oil⠀ • sugar free maple syrup ⠀ • salt & pepper⠀ ⠀ Directions⠀ ⠀ Honestly—I kind of just threw everything together! I mixed the apple cider vinegar, olive oil, syrup, salt & pepper together in a separate bowl and drizzled on top after I mixed the kale, cranberries, apples & goat cheese together!⠀ ⠀ This little salad was a yummy way to change things up and get veggies, fruits & healthy fats all in one bowl! Added bonus: the apples do not turn brown because of the vinegar in the dressing, I made enough for the entire week to grab and go!
Of course, Colt was standing close by waiting for me to drop a little something for him to try!
